Honest limits
Some files are physically beyond repair.
If useful bytes were never copied, were overwritten or contain only zeros, no repair system can recover them faithfully. PixMedic does not charge photos classified as irreparable.
Free trial means one photo.
Video files are not included because their analysis takes considerably longer. Use the video option or local software instead.

What happens when a photo cannot be repaired?
It is not charged. Missing bytes cannot be recreated faithfully.
Which video formats are supported by the software?
MP4, MOV, MTS, M2TS, AVI, WMV and 3GP. The free online trial does not include video.
